In the spring of 2020, we turned to Castle Marketing Agency and its head Yuliya to increase traffic to our site through search engines. The site was analyzed, a targeted plan was made. As a result of the work already in the 8th month of cooperation traffic figures have significantly exceeded the planned.

Hecny Group used a website that looked outdated technically and visually. While SEO rankings were still good a few years ago, you could see a clear downward trend. Stock orders were only coming in through employees' personal contacts. There were no orders from the Internet in spite of expensive placement in directories. The occupancy of the warehouse was 35%.

Because the structure of the website had suffered over the years and the review was lacking, a digital transformation was required: a complete rebranding, including a relaunch of the website, to maintain and improve the existing SEO rankings, launching search advertising in Google and Yandex.

Solution
After extensive market research and repositioning of the brand, we completely overhauled the UI and visual communication. The result was a site with a thoughtful SEO structure. All existing URLs and therefore SEO rankings for the new website were retained.
At the request of the clients, we manage the traffic and reduce the number of conversions when the warehouse is 90% full. The warehouse is currently at 80% occupancy on a consistent basis.

Result
Hecny Group now benefits from a new website built using state-of-the-art technology. Mobile and optimized for responsiveness, it has top-notch page speed values. There is also a user-friendly CMS so that Hecny can adapt its content independently at any time and receive customers not only for warehouse services but also for all logistics services.
